Hi,

If we are referring to the same URA link, I think its a proposed long walkway cum drain that connects Handy Road to Mount Sophia, which the winning developer is required to build. All these are provisional, not finalized and still be subject to changes given the tender just opened.

For Sophia Hills, expected TOP should be latest by 2Q2018. The condo is about 90% sold and has only 1 and 3 bedroom units left. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Sophia Hills is expected to TOP in the next few months, while the GLS in Handy Road, probably will only TOP in the next 5 years time.
